How can I become a member?

By clicking the “Sign Up” button on the website and completing the membership information that appears, your membership will be created.

 

How do I update my membership information?

After logging in, you can make your updates from the My Account page.

 

How can I change my password?

Log in to the website with your current password and change it from the My Account page.

 

Can I change my e-mail address?

Changing the member e-mail address is not available through the system. If you wish, you can create a new membership.

 

I forgot my password, what should I do?

On the Member Login page, click the “Forgot My Password” button to create a new one.

 

Can I shop without becoming a member?

By selecting “Continue Without Signing Up” on the website, you can place an order using your current e-mail address.

 

How can I cancel my membership?

You can contact us via our call center at 0212 447 60 60 or our Whatsapp support line at 0530 663 25 98 to deactivate your membership.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you can track its shipping stages under “Shipment Tracking” in the Orders tab within the “My Account” section. After your order is completed, you will receive the following notification e-mails.

 

How can I cancel my order?

  • For orders placed on the website, you can call our Customer Service to request a cancellation.
  • If your order is in “New Order” status, the cancellation can be processed. If it is in “Shipped” status, the order cannot be canceled.

 

How can I return or exchange an item in my order?

Can I make changes to my order?

  • No changes can be made to completed orders. If you wish, you can cancel your order and place a new one.

 

How can I use my gift voucher?

On the Cart page, enter your code in the “Use Gift Voucher” field.

 

Can my order be gift-wrapped? / Can I add a gift note?

We do not offer gift wrapping or note-adding services. Orders are shipped in Maraton Sportswear printed packages.

 

My order arrived damaged/defective. What should I do?

We request product photos via Whatsapp or e-mail. The order date is checked and the product images are reviewed. If it is within the valid period and not customer-induced, the return process is initiated.

 

My order was delivered incomplete. What should I do?

We review the items purchased in your order. If the missing item is in stock, it will be shipped; if not in stock, the return process is initiated.

 

Are the prices of the products I purchase inclusive of VAT?

All product prices on our website include VAT.

 

Can I place an order through a customer representative?

You can contact our customer service via our Whatsapp support line at 0530 663 25 98 to place your order.

 

Can I place an order using my credit card points?

Unfortunately, you cannot place an order with your credit card points.

 

I am not a member; how can I track my order?

For orders placed without membership, you can view your shipment information from the “Shipment Tracking” section on our homepage using your order number and e-mail address. For further assistance, you can contact our Customer Service or Whatsapp Support Line to get detailed information about your order.

When will my order arrive?

We dispatch your order within 1–3 business days from the date you place it.

 

How much is the shipping fee and which courier company do you use?

The shipping fee is 49,90 TL. Shipping is free for orders of 1.200 TL and above. We ship with MNG Kargo.

 

My order arrived when I wasn’t at the address. What can I do?

  • You can contact the courier and request a re-delivery.
  • If your order has been returned to us, you will need to place a new order.

 

Is delivery made on public holidays?

Courier companies deliver only on business days.

 

Is cash on delivery available? What is the additional fee?

It is not currently available in our system.
