What are your return procedures? At Maraton Sportswear, every customer is valued. Your satisfaction and expectations are important to us, which is why we offer a free return guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the product(s) within 14 days of delivery, provided that they are unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.

How can I initiate a return? To start your return process, log into your account and navigate to the “My Return Requests” section to select the relevant order. The return period is 14 business days from the date you receive the product.

To benefit from free returns, please use the MNG Cargo Return Code provided below. Returns sent via other courier services will have their shipping costs deducted from the refund amount.

Important Information About Returns & Exchanges

Products purchased from com may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact.
Return shipments sent via MNG Cargo using our Return Code will be free of charge.
Return shipments sent cash-on-delivery via other courier services will not be accepted.
Once your returned item is received and approved after inspection, your refund will be issued according to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees.
After you send your return, it will be reviewed upon arrival. If the product is unused, undamaged, and properly packaged, your exchange or refund will be processed accordingly.
If you paid by debit/credit card, your refund will be issued to the same card within 3–7 business days after approval by our returns team.
If you paid via cash on delivery, your refund will be transferred to the IBAN you provide within 7 business days.
The IBAN must be accurate, complete, and registered under the same surname as the person who placed the order.
