Membership Information

To become a member of our store, please visit the Membership Operations page and complete all required fields accurately and thoroughly. Providing correct and complete membership details is essential to avoid potential issues with communication and delivery. Please ensure that product and service information is filled out completely and correctly for efficient processing.

Membership Cancellation

Members may terminate their membership at any time. Once your membership is canceled, all relations with our company will be discontinued. To cancel your membership, please submit your request via our Contact Information page after logging out of your account.

Membership Cannot Be Canceled Under the Following Conditions:

1. If less than 60 days have passed since the last content order.
2. If the cancellation request is submitted using a different email address.
3. If the member cannot be reached through the registered contact information.

Membership May Be Terminated by Us Under the Following Conditions:

1. If the member sends or posts inappropriate or offensive messages.
2. If the member engages in fraudulent activity.
3. If the member attempts to harm the system or the Maraton brand.

Member Security

We implement all necessary measures to protect the security of our store members. In addition to these precautions, members are also responsible for their own security. It is important not to share login credentials with anyone and to access our system only from secure devices.

Alternate Address

Each member has the option to enter an alternate address during checkout, different from their registered address. This feature can be used for sending gifts to others.
