1. General Information

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), individuals defined as “data subjects” are granted the right to make certain requests regarding the processing of their personal data.

This application form has been prepared to identify your relationship with Cebir Giyim San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti (“Maraton Sport”) and, if applicable, to determine the personal data processed by Maraton Sport in order to respond to your request accurately and within the legal timeframe.

To ensure the security of your personal data and prevent unlawful data transfer, Maraton Sport may request additional information for identity and authorization verification. The responsibility for the accuracy and currency of the information provided, as well as the legitimacy of the request, lies with the applicant.

According to Article 7 of the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for Application to the Data Controller, no fee will be charged for responses up to ten pages. For responses exceeding ten pages, a processing fee of 1 Turkish Lira per page may be charged. If the response is provided via CD, flash drive, or similar media, the cost of the medium may be requested.

2. Scope of Application Rights Under Article 11 of KVKK

As a data subject, you may submit a request to Maraton Sport regarding the following:

1. a) To learn whether your personal data is being processed b) If processed, to request information regarding such processing c) To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose d) To learn the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad e) To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data and notification of such correction to third parties f) To request deletion, destruction, or anonymization of personal data if the reasons for processing no longer exist, and notification of such action to third parties g) To object to any outcome against you resulting from the analysis of personal data exclusively through automated systems h) To request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing of personal data

3. Application Method

In accordance with Article 13 of KVKK, applications regarding these rights must be submitted in writing and signed, or via other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (“Board”).

Written applications may be submitted by printing this form and delivering it through one of the following channels:

• In person by the applicant
• Via notary
• Via registered electronic mail (KEP), secure electronic signature, mobile signature
• Via email sent from the applicant’s previously registered and verified email address in our system

Maraton Sport may request additional information to verify the identity of the applicant in email-based submissions and will take necessary security measures accordingly. In accordance with Article 13, paragraph 2 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), your application will be responded to in writing or electronically within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt, depending on the nature of your request.
